Is there a contract tied?
There is no contract period. You can choose to migrate out from our services at anytime, however we will advice to so closer to your expiry period as to fully enjoy the server benefits before you migrate, as a minimum 1 year duration for renewal is applied.
How long does the process take?
From payment received up to server activation, the duration is typically 24-48 hours.
Will you set up the emails for us on the server?
Yes, we do! We will provide a formatted Excel sheet to you to fill up accordingly and return to us for email account creation.
Can I host a website on the server as well?
Yes you can! Our server supports all major web building platforms including WordPress, Magento, Drupal and more. Or you can even choose to go traditional HTML from scratch, your call.
How many GB of storage space does each email account get?
You may allocate as much GB required for each email account, however please bear in mind that all email accounts will share the total server space provided, hence its best to keep each at a minimum allocation.
Can I add on domains to the server so that I can use more than 1 domain name?
We do have hosting server plans with add-on domain capabilities. Please talk to us for more server options.
Do I get support as well?
Yes you do! For the entire period of time that your server plan is active with us, support is included to answer and resolve any issues you have.
Can my server be hacked?
Our server comes with WAF, Brute Force Hacking Protection and firewalls to prevent any hacking. However, please be mindful not to upload any malicious files, or give the login credentials to the wrong party.
Can I subscribe for more than 1 year?
Yes of course, we do have plans for your desired duration.
