Terms and Conditions

1. The One Pager Website (also referred to as Website) refers to a website built on a single page, using the WordPress CMS (Content Management System) module and a few other licensed plugins.

2. Invento Solutions (also referred to as the Developer) reserves the right to reject any purchase requests from any purchaser of the plan (also referred to as Client with no requirement for any verbal or written explanation.

3. This plan is reserved and limited to ten (10) purchase slots only. All slots are given on a first come, first serve basis.

4. Promotion period is from 12th of July up till the 31st of July.

5. If the given purchase slots have been exhausted before or on the end of promotion date (ref Point. No. 4), the promotion will be automatically deemed as invalid, even though the promotion campaign end date has not been reached.

6. Client is valid to sign up for the promotion only if the FULL PAYMENT for the Website is paid upfront to the bank account of Invento Solutions. In the event that the full payment has been made but there are no more purchase slots left, the full payment will be credited back within three (3) working days to the account of the Client, and the purchase would be categorized as CANCELLED.

7. Developer will neither begin any development without the receipt of the FULL PAYMENT amount for the Website development upfront, nor accept any data or information given by Client for the development of the Website.

8. The Developers commitment is to complete the website within THREE (3) WORKING DAYS, with the schedule as follows:

a. Day 1: The FULL PAYMENT of Ringgit Malaysia One Thousand Four Hundred and Ninety-Nine (RM1,499.00) has to be successfully cleared upfront into Developers bank account by 4pm. Any payments made after 4pm will only be acknowledged the following working day, and the following working day will be regarded as Day 1. We recommend using Instant Transfer or via a Cash Deposit Machine to ensure payment is received the same day. Client is responsible to provide ALL details required as per the Requirement Sheet (ref. Requirements Sheet) within Day 1, by 4pm. Any information received after 4pm will be processed only on the following working day, and the following working day will be regarded as Day 1.

b. Day 2: Development of website will be carried out as per the specifications provided on Day 1. No additional information will be accepted during Day 2; hence Client has to make sure that COMPLETE INFORMATION for the Website is given during Day 1 itself. This is to be in-line with our 3-day delivery promise timeline and to avoid any delays in the production and execution of the Website.

c. Day 3: Website is presented to Client via email on or before 12pm on Day 3, and Client is given one (1) round of amendments to confirm the Website content. Any changes or amendments to the website must be confirmed by 4pm. If no amendments or change requests are received by 4pm on Day 3, the Developer will consider the website as complete, and project will be concluded. However, if Client decides to provide any amendments or changes after 4pm of Day 3, additional charges may be incurred, and changes will be carried out the following working day, only after payment for the changes have been made successfully.

d. Day 3 (Amendments): Once Client has successfully provided the FULL list of amendments and changes, which are to be sent via email to admin@invento. com. my, on Day 3 before 4pm, the changes will be processed and made within the next working day, and no further amendments or change requests will be entertained.

9. Amendments which are allowed are as follows:

a. Image changes (swap of existing images with new images provided by Client)

b. Copywriting text changes (add, remove or change text within the content)

c. Colour changes (Change colours of buttons, text, and backgrounds)

d. Addition of a maximum of 2 sections (Sections that contain images and text only)

e. Removal of existing sections

f. Fields within contact form (text fields, attachments fields, dropdown, multi select, radio options)

g. Font changes (must be fonts available on Google Fonts - https: //fonts. google. com/, however please bear in mind that not all fonts may work on the website due to the various browser limitations)

h. Duplication of existing contact form to another existing section

i. Change of email address for contact form recipient

j. Change of links on existing buttons

10. Amendments which are NOT allowed are as follows:

a. Change of entire Website design

b. Addition of more than two (2) sections

c. Transfer of website from previously confirmed domain to new domain

d. Additional contact forms (new contact form)

e. Any other amendments which are not indicated In Clause No.9

11. Website will be 100%-owned by the Client, and Developer is not responsible to store any files that were sent during development once the website is completed.

Web Domain & Hosting

1. Domain name must be provided by Client on Day 1. If Client does not have a domain name, Client may request to purchase one directly from Developer. Developer will advise on the purchase process, and Day 1 will only resume once the domain has been purchased and activated, usually within one (1) working day. If the domain activation takes more than 1 working day, Day 1 will only be considered to start on the date of domain activation.

2. Website can be developed on any existing hosting owned by the Client, with the following conditions:

a. Hosting must be Linux based, and must have cPanel capabilities

b. Hosting credentials must be provided to Developer prior to development during Day 1.

c. Hosting must be able to have MYSQL database-creation capacity with full administrator rights access, and phpMyAdmin installed. This is crucial for the development of the Website

d. If the hosting plan given by Client is not suitable for the development of the Website, Developer will advise the Client accordingly and Client must provide the new or upgraded hosting details by 4pm on Day 1. Even if the full payment has already been made, any hosting details received after 4pm of Day 1 will only be processed on the following working day. If Client still fails to provide the hosting details, then Day 1 will be extended to the next working day progressively with a cut-off time of 4pm each working day until the correct hosting details are received, and the hosting has been deemed compatible for Website development. Day 1 will be resumed on the day the hosting details received has been considered fit for development by the Developer.

e. If Client is handling the hosting plan directly, Client must ensure that the hosting does not expire during development of the Website. If the hosting plan has been expired during the development progress, Developer will not be held responsible for the delay in the development timeline, and the 3-day promised timeline will be overruled. Hence, Client must always ensure the hosting is active and available for development.

f. Client must also ensure that the domain name has been already connected to the hosting plan provided to Developer. No development will begin without a properly connected domain name and hosting plan, and Day 1 will only resume as soon as the domain name and hosting plan given by Client have been connected properly and active for development.

3. If there is content already on the existing hosting connected to the domain provided by Client, Developer will NOT PROCEED to develop the Website, and Day 1 will be postponed until Client has provided an empty hosting with no existing content to Developer for the Website development, by 4pm the same working day. Any updates received after 4pm will be processed on the following working day.

4. In the event that Client does not have a domain name and a hosting plan, Client can choose to purchase them directly from Developer. The domain name and hosting plan will be charged as a separate service to Client, in addition to the development cost promised for the Website. Day 1 will only be resumed as soon as the domain name and hosting plan have been successfully activated and ready for use, even if they were purchased directly from Developer.
